PAYMENT IS DUE NO LATER THAN 4:30 P.M. ON THE 15TH OF EACH MONTH

We accept money orders or credit/debit card payments ONLY. No other form of payment will be accepted. Payments may be made in person at the Gore Court Clerk Office, by mail, by phone at the above address and phone number or at NCourt online payment. Should the defendant be unable to make any payments as ordered, the defendant will need to make arrangements with the Court Clerk or appear for a COST HEARING at the time set by the Court. 

If full payment is paid by each date, you do not need to appear for the cost hearing.

If you are unable to make the monthly payment you must appear for a cost hearing on the set monthly date, corresponding to the month you are not able to pay.  Your cost hearing date(s) will be set upon notice that you can not pay.  This hearing will be your opportunity to explain why the payment was not made as the court ordered.  You must bring any documentation that supports your financial situation.
